Getting to Know You: The Psychological Test to Help Create Teams

This is the test BusinessLab used in the initial steps of the project.

Working in teams can be hard, so we used a test to work better together. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a tool used in business to understand people’s personalities. It's a personality test that describes you based on your answers. I think it can be useful for self-descovery or for creating balanced groups, because it can reveal aspects you weren't aware of. It's also useful in the workplace for creating balanced and complementary groups. (Group 7)

In this activity, we went to the test's website and completed it using our knowledge and being honest. At the end, our role was displayed and our positive and negative qualities were revealed.

Afterwards, we discussed it with our classmates (Group 7).
