What is a Job Interview?
A job interview is a formal conversation between a job applicant and an employer. The employer asks questions to learn about the applicant’s skills, experience, and personality to decide if they are a good fit for the job (Group 7).
Tips for Job Interviews:

Practice common interview questions like, “Why do you want this job?” or “What are your strengths and weaknesses?” . Confidence and preparation can make a big difference in your performance.
