The industry

Your dream company is just around the corner.

Vocational education and training (VET) schools are specifically designed to provide students with the knowledge and practical skills needed to succeed in specific industries. These schools often work in close collaboration with local industries to ensure that their programs meet the needs of employers in the area. By connecting VET schools to the local industry, students are able to gain hands-on experience through internships, apprenticeships, and other work-based learning opportunities. This not only helps students develop the skills needed to succeed in their chosen field, but also provides local businesses with a pipeline of skilled workers. In short, the connection between VET schools and local industry is essential for preparing students for the workforce and supporting economic growth in the community.

For those reasons the international teams in our project found interesting looking for information about the local industry related to their VET programs. They chose some of the companies around them, did some research and then presented the result to other members of the project.

The schools usually work in close collaboration with local industries

Bertolin is located in Valencia. It is a construction service company and it is also a BMW dealer. Some of our students would like to work in Bertolín in the future.

Grupo ACS is located in Paterna (Valencia). They make building projects.

Rardo Architects is a bit far away from both schools. It is located in Barcelona and mainly deals with building projects. Some of our students would like to work here.
