The VET-Ready project is an exciting and innovative eTwinning initiative that demonstrates the power of international collaboration in promoting Vocational Education and Training (VET) across borders. 

The project is the result of the intense collaboration and hard work of two VET schools: the CIFP Ciutat de l’Aprenent in Valencia (Spain) and the WEBK in Düsseldorf (Germany).  

Our project has been carried out during the school year 2022-2023 and aims to promote and disseminate vocational education and training schools in both countries and around Europe. It has been divided into several phases, each with its own unique goals and activities. 

• In the first phase, students from both schools introduced themselves, created international teams, designed their logo and discussed the rules of the Twinspace platform, where the project takes place. 

• In the second phase, they explored the differences between the German and Spanish vocational education and training systems and created a Genially presentation 

•  In the third phase, they recorded videos showcasing the tasks carried out in their schools and internships, which provided valuable insights into the vocational education and training experience. 

•  In the fourth phase, they practiced writing formal emails to ask for further information regarding the videos they created. 

•  Finally, the international teams created video presentations to talk about the local industry related to the courses they are studying.
