BUSINESS PLAN
All business plans were designed by 8 international teams in The Apprentice
A business plan is a document that explains your business idea, who your coustumers are, how you will make money, and how you will run the business. It helps you organize your ideas and shows how your business will work in a clear and structured way
(Group 5: Marta, Carolina and Claudia).
If you want to buy a good business plan, you should start with your idea, make a plan, keep it clear and simple and be realistic (Group 4: Adriana, Blanca and Silvia).
You can check the business plans below to see some examples. You will see that most of the elevator pitches use the Business Model Canvas, where the plans documents are divided in 9 important parts:
-
Key Partners – The people and organisations that help your business work.
-
Key Activities – The important things your business does.
-
Key Resources – The main assets your business needs to operate.
-
Value Propositions – The unique value your product or service offers to customers.
-
Customer Relationships – How you build trust and interact with customers.
-
Channels – How your products or services reach customers.
-
Customer Segments – The specific groups of people your business serves.
-
Cost Structure – The main costs your business will face.
-
Revenue Streams – How your business will earn money.
